Work Abroad
At Absolute, we believe work should broaden your horizons, literally. That’s why you have the opportunity to work up to three months per calendar year outside your home country. Experience new cultures, meet new people, and gain fresh perspectives, all while continuing to contribute fully to your role.
Annual Leave
Enjoy 23 days of paid annual vacation per calendar year, plus public holidays in the country you resign, plenty of time to recharge and explore.
Birthday Leave 1 day
