What is it about Paris that makes it the most visited city in the world? The French capital is a city of immense global opportunity, where many firms are looking for talented young professionals in multiple industries. It also combines the beauty of both the ultra-modern and the classic – from the glass Pyramid of Musée du Louvre to the medieval styles of the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris. It’s the city of love. It’s one of the most filmed places in the world. It’s home to many company headquarters, and it’s geographically located in the center of Europe!

No. English is the only language requirement for an Absolute Internship, but knowing a little French would definitely be helpful.
We work with both small and large companies with established internship programs. Unfortunately, we can’t provide a list of companies that we work with due to confidentiality reasons.
You will reside in high quality student housing, centrally located in the heart of the city. Transport connections are just a short walk away. Living and socialising alongside other students from all over the world will be a fun and memorable part of your summer experience with Absolute Internship.
You will need to purchase your own flights and international insurance. Additionally, you will be required to cover any food, drinks and personal shopping expenses accrued throughout the summer.
Work-based learning is regarded as an educational opportunity, and more often than not visa specifications require that international internships be unpaid.
Nevertheless, in rare cases, interns can and do receive renumeration.
Our placement team will not make this a priority when searching for your internship and we therefore recommend that you assume your internship will be unpaid.
Flights are not included in the price but we can help suggest flights for you in advance.
We will help organise group lessons for participants who want to learn French. This is not included in the price. Please speak to the Absolute Internship team before arrival in order to arrange your language lessons.
